We do accept on-site work in other areas on a case-by-case
basis. However, for many proposals, it is possible to contribute by
electronic means. We set up a dedicated virtual war room using Microsoft
SharePoint Team Services hosted on our dedicated secure servers. In other
cases, an on-site planning meeting is sufficient to jump-start work that will be
done off-site. It is best to discuss your needs with us and see if we can
reach an acceptable agreement.
Sometimes immediately, other times not at all due to our
workload. Call us
to discuss your needs. We currently do not take engagements of less than
$10,000.
Typically yes, if our schedule permits and you have at least a
week or more to "solve problems." We have a reputation for sharply
improving proposals in just a few days.
The best results are achieved when we can contribute in the
pre-RFP planning and preparation phase, and then follow through the entire
proposal process. Often though, companies don't recognize they need help
until after RFP-release. You should plan to get the RFP to us quickly.
You are competing! Why wouldn't you want the best
possibility of winning? Good proposal consultants are expert at what they
do - position you to win. Their views are not colored by customer
familiarity or in-house bias. Even the strongest in-house proposal team
can benefit from an outsider perspective. You may not have the in-house
resources, skill or talent to handle all aspects of the proposal. Enough
reasons?
